Concur website updates scheduled for October 1; registration open for information sessions


Individuals using the Concur website to book college travel, submit business travel expenses, or reconcile Purdue Purchasing Cards (PCards) using company-billed statements should be aware that updates system day are scheduled for October 1st.

Functionality will remain essentially the same, and new screen layouts will make it easier for users to navigate the system. Additionally, system enhancements include the ability to link multiple expenses to one receipt image, and improved error messaging will make it easier for users to see where additional information is needed.

When a user accesses Concur Online on or after October 1, a brief product overview is displayed outlining the most notable changes and the benefits they provide.

Virtual information sessions to explain and preview upcoming interface changes and enhancements are scheduled for the dates and times listed below. Concur users are encouraged to register for one of the sessions via Purdue’s Learning Management System.

The dates and times of the information sessions are:

  • Sept. 20, 1:30 p.m.-2:15 p.m.
  • Sept. 21, 1:30 p.m.-2:15 p.m.
  • Sept. 27, 10-10:45 a.m.
  • Oct. 6, 1:30 p.m.-2:15 p.m.
  • Oct. 11, 10-10:45 a.m.

Updated Concur Quick Reference Guides will be available October 1 on the Concur Training and Travel Resource web page. Updated corporate billed statement resources will be available on the Site Training Documents at this moment.

The layout and functionality of the SAP Concur mobile app will remain unchanged.
