Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan to launch smart township website on January 11 – The New Indian Express

VIJAYAWADA: Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will launch the website on Tuesday through which beneficiaries can apply for plots in the proposed Jagananna Smart Townships.

The government plans to allocate plots to the middle classes in the proposed townships. In the first phase, the townships will come to Dharmavaram in Anantapur, Navaluru to Mangalagiri mandal of Guntur, Kavali to Nellore and Eluru to West Godavari.

Those earning less than Rs 18 lakh per year can apply. Government employees would be allocated 10 percent of the plots in each configuration and receive a 20 percent discount.

The recipient can pay the amount in four installments. If a payee makes full payment all at once, they’ll get a five percent discount.

Online applications can be made through The prizes would be awarded by computerized drawing of lots in a transparent manner.

  • Public lighting, parks, playgrounds, health centers, shopping complex and others
